In a July 17 story about endorsements in the Georgia's Democratic runoff for U.S. Senate, The Associated Press, relying on a campaign announcement, reported erroneously that Josh Lanier endorsed Jim Martin.Lanier will remain neutral in the runoff between Martin and DeKalb County Chief Executive Officer Vernon Jones. The erroneous information was contained in a news release sent out by Martin's campaign."
